This is a hands on experience where you will process( butcher) a chicken or turkey from start to finish. Taught by Brieanne Rice & Ellowyn Isaacson.

$20 class fee includes instruction and demonstration. Poultry is available for purchase $20 for chickens & $40 for turkeys.
